Tsao, the president of CYG, is a California licensed civil engineer (RCE 46886), registered geologist (RG 5400) and certified engineering geologist (CEG 1783) John Tsao has been in charge of geotechnical engineering consultations, engineering geology consultations and laboratory testing for more than 20 years.
